There is a proverb ‘old is gold’. Nokia is just trying to recycle this process by launching old phones by launching old phone versions. At first, the phone used to support 2G network but when recently it was launched it had 3G connectivity but 3G is not enough for fast moving people. So finally, Nokia 3310 brings 4G network supportive phone.
TENAA, the Chinese regulatory body for telecommunication devices which give us updates about Chinese smartphones. They revealed a list that confirms that the Nokia 3310 4G with model number TA-1077 will support various LTE bands, including Band 38, Band 39, Band 40, and Band 41, alongside standards such as GSM, TD-SCDMA, and TD-LTE.

Nokia 3310 4G would be powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and would be paired with 256MB of RAM and 512MB of internal memory. Moreover, you can enhance your phone’s storage up to 128GB via microSD card.
However, they keep similar features as it was. They keep the same screen as 3G model, which is a 2.4-inch TFT with a 240 x 320-pixel resolution. It also has a single camera and has a 2MP rear sensor but it is not supported selfie camera. It comes with 1200mAh battery.
The new version is android based and will be run on YunOS 5.2.0 developed by China’s Alibaba. YunOS is capable of running few Android-based apps like a stripped down version of WhatsApp.
Meanwhile, the Nokia 3310 4G is going to organise an event on January 19 in China, alongside the launch of the flagship Nokia 9, Nokia 8 (2018), and Nokia 6 (2018).
