Nokia 1 With Android Go Phone Launch Rumoured in March 2018


Nokia is trying to get its former position and for that, they are launching back to back phones with some special features attached to it. They restarted their journey with Nokia 6 then they went on going Nokia 8, Nokia 9, the lowest ranged phone Nokia 2 and now lower than Nokia 2 they have brought Nokia 1.

So, according to the news report, Nokia 1 will be going to be Android Go phone. They have decided to launch the phone in between March. Android Oreo is a popular version of all and Google has reformed it with Android Go programme. Russian tipster Eldar Murtazin had confirmed on tweeter that the Nokia 1 will be a part of Google’s Android Oreo (Go edition) programme.

Nokia 1 Specification

The new Nokia smartphone is said to have an HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of onboard storage.  The smartphone will cost RUB 5,990 (approximately Rs. 6,670). It’s a rumor that the smartphone will be running on Android Oreo (Go edition). It will have some Google apps like Files Go, Google Maps Go, and YouTube Go and many more.

Nokia 1 is the successor of Nokia 2 which is according to the company is the cheapest phone with Rs. 6,999. The highlight of the phone is its battery quality as it comes with 4100 mAh. The phone is based on Android Nougat.

Nokia 2 springs with 5-inch HD LTPS display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 chip that has a 1.2GHz quad-core CPU, coupled with 1GB of RAM. The handset has an 8MP rear camera sensor with an LED flash and a 5MP front camera.
